At Thrift Pony, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition with all Thrift Pony tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging or a similar mailer, ensuring the Thrift Pony security tags are intact and visible.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a digital gift card to your email for the full purchase price minus shipping fees.
